Katia Gerou

Katia Gerou trained at the Greek Art Theater Karolos Koun. She has been working there since 1979 as a leading actress and drama teacher. She has played in numerous productions of ancient drama, contemporary plays and films, having collaborated with directors such as Karolos Koun and Giorgos Lazanis. She received the Honorary Award in Patras, Organisation of Cultural events, 2004; and the Award for Best Female Role at the 14th International Mediterranean Film Festival Tetouan, 2006.
